It is with a heavy heart that I share that Stateline Volleyball is closing after 15 years. Stateline has enjoyed competitive success over the years with many of our players going on to play in college.
This has been a volunteer position for me for 15 years- we functioned as a true non-profit so we could deliver a program that would not be as expensive as other clubs. Often our pricing was at least 1,000.00 less than other clubs and this enabled many girls who could not afford high ticket clubs a chance to compete in club volleyball. We are proud of this achievement. In 15 years, we were honored to have over one thousand players as part of the Stateline family and we had many players return to coach.
I want to thank our dedicated coaches for all their efforts. A special thank you to Jeff Finlayson for his 15 years of coaching.
For me, it is time to take on other challenges. My last child of four just graduated from college, my husband has retired and after having breast cancer twice during my Stateline years (thus the pink) I decided it was time.
Many thanks to all the families who have been part of Stateline. God bless.
